ROLE
This is a full-time remote role for a Design Recruiter. Sourcing & prescreens will be your primary objective, though if you'd like to be client-facing, work on projects or make process improvements, by all means.

- You know what a good portfolio looks like and have a strong PoV
- You know which companies are pushing out great work
- Can communicate crisply

MAJOR PLUS
- Experience recruiting for design-forward companies or top-tier agencies
- Experience recruiting for leadership roles
LOGISTICS
- Remote, based anywhere, but can work US hours
- Full-time, contract, part-time. Open on working arrangement
- Available for offsite travel 1-2 times a year
