What You'll Own
- Design team workflow: task prioritization, capacity planning, and delivery timelines
- Client communication: design reviews, feedback cycles, escalation decisions
- Quality control: ensuring output aligns with brand strategy and art direction
- Design production: contributing senior-level work (brand identity, digital, layout systems)
- Team support: guiding junior designers’ workload and growth

You will report to:
- CEO: operations, project coordination, client management
- **Art Director**: creative direction, visual standards

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in graphic design or art direction with a strong portfolio
- 1 to 2 years coordinating designers or managing workflows (agency or studio preferred)
- Experience presenting and defending creative work to clients
- Fluent in Spanish and English (professional level, required)
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Systems thinker: deliverables, timelines, approval gates
