Eminence Investments is seeking a Derivatives Operations Specialist to support operational processes related to digital asset derivatives trading across exchange environments.
This role focuses on ensuring operational accuracy across derivatives infrastructure, including margin handling, funding calculations and settlement coordination.
This is not a trader or market making role. The position is strictly focused on derivatives operations and execution support.
Responsibilities
• Monitor derivatives trading operations across exchange platforms
• Track margin requirements and funding rate changes
• Support derivatives trade settlement and reconciliation
• Review contract specifications and trading parameters
• Maintain documentation of derivatives operational workflows
• Monitor exchange notifications and operational updates
• Assist in identifying discrepancies in derivatives execution records
• Coordinate with internal teams on derivatives operational processes
Requirements
• Experience working with derivatives trading environments
• Understanding of margin mechanics and funding rate calculations
• Familiarity with derivatives products such as perpetuals or futures
• Strong operational attention to detail
• Ability to monitor trading activity and settlement processes
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional fluency in English

Compensation
Base Salary: 110,000–160,000 USD per year
