SSIS/SQL-heavy environment
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance ETL solutions within the SQL Data Warehouse
- Refactor and optimize existing data flows for scalability and performance
- Implement parallel processing where applicable
- Phase out legacy data flows in a controlled and structured manner
- Safeguard data quality, reliability, and operational stability
- Contribute to technical discussions and solution design
- Take ownership of defined components or sub-domains within the platform
Required Profile
Core Requirements
- Proven background as a Data Engineer with strong focus on SQL and Data Warehouse development
- Advanced SQL expertise and solid understanding of ETL processes
- Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and delivery-driven approach
- Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English
Additional Merits
- Experience from regulated industries such as banking, finance, or pharmaceuticals
- Background in retail and/or logistics data environments
- Competence within database administration and/or data architecture
Competence Level – Level 3
- Expertise: Demonstrates deep and broad competence within the discipline
- Experience:
- 4–8 years of consulting experience in the field
- Serves as a mentor or reference point for less experienced consultants
- Minimum of two years operating at Competence Level 2
- Leadership:
- Responsible for a defined technical area
- Capable of coordinating and guiding a small development group
- Autonomy:
- Able to deliver independently with limited oversight
