Accountabilities:
- Manage and maintain data quality and governance, ensuring accuracy and consistency across Salesforce, HubSpot, and other data systems
- Support marketing operations through list management, ticket resolution, and timely responses to ensure campaign integrity
- Contribute to the stability and efficiency of the internal data support ticket queue during high-volume periods
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve data issues affecting reporting, forecasting, and operational decisions
- Develop and implement standardized data policies, documentation, and training materials across teams
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into data performance and governance metrics
- Manage cross-functional initiatives, including data migration, system integration, and process improvement projects
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert on data quality, hygiene, and governance best practices
- 1+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing Operations, Data Governance, or Business Systems roles
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot, including CRM data models and workflows
- Proven ability to independently manage projects and make decisions that impact data strategy and business performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with SaaS or high-growth tech environments
- Knowledge of data compliance standards (e.g., GDPR) is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Adaptable, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
