Weβre looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Data Scientist to help us transform data into insights and support strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy modeling, experimentation, and solving complex problems in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
π― Key Responsibilities- Build predictive models, statistical analyses, and machine learning solutions to support business goals.
- Explore, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets.
- Develop data-driven insights and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to create scalable data solutions.
- Implement and validate machine learning algorithms and pipelines.
- Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments.
- Document methodologies, model performance, and best practices.
- 2β5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics roles.
- Proficiency in Python or R, including ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong knowledge of statistics, modeling techniques, and data visualization.
- Experience working with SQL and handling large datasets.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools is a plus.
- Ability to present complex insights in a clear and actionable way.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Based in Germany with legal right to work full-time.
