Churn Prediction & Retention: Build and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to identify at-risk VIP members. You won't just predict churn; you’ll identify the "why" and partner with Marketing to automate personalized "win-back" strategies.
Product & Merchandising Analytics: Analyze how members interact with our monthly collections. You’ll provide insights into what styles, colors, and silhouettes are trending to optimize inventory and reduce "stock-outs."
Customer Insights & Segmentation: Move beyond basic demographics. You will develop behavioral segments based on workout habits, purchase frequency, and style preferences to drive hyper-personalized email and app experiences.
LTV Modeling: Refine our understanding of Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) to help the UA (User Acquisition) team understand which channels are bringing in the most loyal long-term members.
A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and analyze experiments for the Fabletics web and app interface, focusing on optimizing the "Take the Quiz" funnel and the monthly "Add to Cart" flow.
Technical Qualifications
Tooling: Proficiency in Python or R and expert-level SQL (Snowflake/BigQuery experience is a plus).
Predictive Modeling: Proven experience with survival analysis, logistic regression, or gradient-boosted trees (XGBoost/LightGBM) specifically applied to subscription or recurring revenue models.
Product Sense: A strong understanding of digital product metrics (Conversion Rate, Retention Rate, ARPU).
Visualization: Ability to turn complex data into "Executive-ready" stories using Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
