- Capture, model, and process structured and unstructured data
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present results using impactful visualizations
- Actively contribute to, conceptualize, and implement direct marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer experience, including success measurement
- Develop Machine Learning models for targeted application in specific use cases
- Ensure stable operations and contribute to the further development of the cloud infrastructure (Azure, Databricks)
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or quantitative economics with a strong analytical background
- Broad Data Science expertise and at least three years of professional experience in analytical problem-solving; experience in the financial services sector is advantageous
- Advanced programming skills in SQL and strong knowledge of visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); ideally, knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, Databricks)
- Enjoy taking responsibility, tackling complex analytical challenges, and developing sustainable solutions within a team
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and a willingness to continuously learn and implement them
- Fluent German and good English skills, with confident communication at all levels
