About the Opportunity:


This role involves developing predictive models and algorithms to automate critical business functions. The focus is on exploring and analyzing data from multiple sources to gain insights that provide a competitive advantage.


Responsibilities:


• Develop, implement, and validate predictive and statistical models

• Analyze data from various sources to extract meaningful insights

• Manage the full modeling life cycle, including data cleansing, feature creation, and iterative model selection

• Apply statistics, modeling, and machine learning to enhance system efficiency and algorithm relevance

• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily scrum, refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives

• Recommend process improvements

• Follow safety guidelines and participate in pre-task planning

• Report safety concerns to management

• Maintain quality standards across projects


Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or related technical discipline plus 3 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of related experience without a degree

• Experience with statistics, machine learning, algorithm development, predictive modeling, and advanced mathematics

• Proficiency in programming languages

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history
