We are seeking a highly analytical and curious Data Scientist / Analyst to join our growing data team. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions across our products, marketing, operations, and customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about data, fluent in SQL/Python, and excited to shape a data-driven culture in a remote-first environment.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Conduct ad hoc and strategic analyses to support marketing, product, and operations
- Develop predictive models and statistical tests to guide business decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and improve data quality
- Translate complex data results into clear, business-friendly recommendations
✅ Requirements
- 2+ years experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science
- Proficient in SQL and Python (R or another statistical language a plus)
- Solid understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Redshift)
- Fluent in English; German/French is a plus
- Swiss-based or able to work within CET ±2
