As a Data Product Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of data products that drive key business decisions and strategies. You will lead a team of data product owners to ensure the successful implementation of data solutions that align with the company’s goals.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data product owners;
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment;
- Provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
✔ Product Management:
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data product needs and prioritize features;
- Ensure data products meet business objectives and user needs.
✔ Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data projects;
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
- Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
✔ Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for data product-related inquiries;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives;
- Gather and incorporate feedback to enhance data products.
✔ Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for data products;
- Monitor and report on the performance of data products;
- Implement improvements based on performance data.
✅ Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data product management, BI, or data analytics;
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Excellent project management and organizational skills;
- Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, SQL and PowerBI;
- Strong understanding of data governance and data security best practices;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong Team Player;
- Very good written and spoken English.
