Position: Human Data Manager (Early Career)
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $30–$45/hour

Role Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to optimize operational performance and data quality.
- Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align data operations with business objectives.
- Develop reporting frameworks to track key metrics and workflow improvements.
- Continuously refine processes to ensure scalability, integrity, and quality standards.
- Take ownership of operational challenges and drive solutions proactively.
