Our client is seeking a Data Operations Analyst with a strong supply chain mindset to support regulated, data-driven operational processes. This role sits at the intersection of data operations, regulatory compliance, and supply chain execution, contributing to the reliable launch and supply of products to customers. The position focuses on day-to-day operational excellence, issue resolution, and continuous improvement in a regulated environment, while collaborating closely with cross‑functional and senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Govern and maintain the client’s internal regulatory applications and approval databases
- Execute data operations and data quality processes, including validation, error handling, audit support, and compliance-related activities (e.g., NCs and CAPAs)
- Support supply chain teams by investigating issues, resolving data or regulatory blocks, and managing order holds when required
- Act as a key point of contact between different internal and external counterparts, including third‑party suppliers
- Provide project-related support, contributing to operational improvements, system enhancements, and framework deployments
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, and data quality standards, and support training activities
- Participate in and, at times, lead operational, governance, and review meetings
- Collaborate on metrics, dashboards, and reporting to support data transparency and operational performance
- Manage senior stakeholders effectively, demonstrating the ability to challenge, influence, and push back where necessary
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes to improve data operations outcomes
Must-Haves
- Experience in supply chain, data operations, master data, or a similar operational environment
- Strong understanding of regulated data environments and approval or compliance-driven processes
- Hands-on experience working with data systems, databases, or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, JDE, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table,...)
- Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution in a structured manner
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑changing, matrix environment
- Experience with S4/HANA is a plus
- Experience in MedTech industry is a plus
