Position Overview
TeamZak is seeking a detail-focused and reliable Data Input Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information within company databases and systems. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to manage large volumes of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update information accurately into company databases and systems

  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before inputting

  • Maintain organized digital records and files

  • Identify and correct data discrepancies or missing information

  • Assist with compiling reports and retrieving data when needed

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company and client information

  • Communicate with team members to resolve data-related issues

  • Follow company policies and procedures related to data management

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous experience in data entry, data input, or administrative support preferred

  • Strong typing skills with high attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar data management tools

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
