Gemean is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to support accurate data management across client projects and internal systems. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining data with a high degree of accuracy. You will work closely with operations, compliance, and analytics teams to ensure data integrity and consistency. This position plays a key role in supporting efficient operations and enabling reliable reporting and analysis.
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases
- Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy
- Identify and correct data discrepancies, errors, or missing information
- Maintain standardized formatting and data entry practices in line with internal guidelines
- Support data preparation for reporting, analysis, and investigative workflows
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, and analytics teams to gather and validate data
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of data entry activities
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive or regulated information
- Perform regular data quality checks and assist in data cleanup initiatives
- Generate basic reports and summaries as required
- Proven experience in data entry, data processing, administrative support, or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry tools
- Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently in time-sensitive environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles
- Clear communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams
- Experience working with databases, CRM systems, or data management platforms preferred
- Familiarity with data validation techniques and quality control processes
- Exposure to compliance, financial, or investigative environments is advantageous
- Knowledge of data governance or data management best practices is a plus
