About The Role

The Data Entry Specialist at Sharecare plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of patient information within our internal systems and client Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of data management protocols. The primary responsibility is to accurately input, update, and validate patient data, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other privacy standards. The role involves navigating multiple EMR systems to retrieve and process Protected Health Information (PHI), supporting the Release of Information (ROI) process, and collaborating with team members to improve workflows and service quality. The ideal candidate should be proactive, dependable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and data security.
