Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to manage large volumes of information with accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
- Review and verify source documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and report inconsistencies.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
- Generate standard reports as requested by supervisors or other departments.
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely data entry and processing.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum of 50 WPM preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with data entry software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
