Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (Project-Based Assignment)
Location: Fully Remote (Central Time preferred)
Duration: 6–7 Week Contract
Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: $20-25/hour, OT Eligible, Benefits Day 1
Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to support a critical pipeline restoration program focused on replacing outdated and damaged infrastructure. This project involves processing and validating large volumes of data to ensure accuracy across operational records
.This is a fast-paced, short-term opportunity ideal for individuals who are highly organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Must Haves:
- Strong experience in data entry and data validation
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Day to Day:
- Review and validate 60,000+ records within Excel spreadsheets
- Cross-check and clean data across three key columns, ensuring all information is accurate and properly reflected
- Identify discrepancies and research correct information when needed
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all data updates
- Work efficiently to meet project timelines and productivity expectations

- Must be able to provide 2 professional references
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (IH onboarding required)
- Ability to start ASAP
- Must currently have or be willing to obtain TSA PreCheck (at personal expense)
- Reliable internet connection and own equipment (computer, etc.)
