What you’ll do:
We make touch and eye tracking based assistive technology for people with communication and mobility challenges. The success of our products has life-changing impact on our customers. Our Production and Supply Chain Team helps to further the mission by ensuring our products come to life.
About the role:
We believe that data consistency and integrity are the backbone of our business operations and is the result of collaboration across all departments. Our Quality Assurance team strives for continuous improvement to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be a key part of this mission, ensuring accurate and timely management of critical data across multiple business systems, including ERP and related software. With great attention to detail, you will support data-related projects and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
This role offers you the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments across the world, while being part of our Quality Assurance team that reports to our Global Head of Quality and Regulatory.
What will your impact look like?
Data Entry & Management:
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks across multiple platforms, including Great Plains, Visma, SalesForce, Avatax, ARAS, and MasterControl.
- Create, update, and maintain master data records, including new parts setup, part changes, and discontinuations.
- Ensure data integrity by verifying accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data in all systems.
- Follow data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality and security.
Data Quality & Governance:
- Regularly audit and validate data to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency.
- Support the implementation of data governance initiatives and adhere to established data management protocols.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address data-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaboration & Support:
- Act as a liaison between IT, finance, and supply chain to facilitate data accuracy and issue resolution.
- Provide data management training to end-users.
- Assist with data migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions between systems.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Identify trends or data quality issues and propose corrective actions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline data entry and management processes.
Please Note: this is a remote role, where we also offer the option to work hybrid from our Stockholm office.
What qualifications will help you thrive?
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional organizational skills. As you will collaborate with various departments, you will need effective interpersonal skills to thrive in this role.
A customer service-oriented mindset will enable you to support internal teams successfully and foster a positive working environment. Additionally, the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion is vital in this role.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in roles with data entry, data management
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.
- Experience with ERP systems and data migration projects is a valued.
- An equivalent of a bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
