Location: Remote Canada wide


Urgent Hire! We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to support our sales team! This is a fast-paced role focused on data entry tasks, administrative duties, and communication. This role involves working extensively with Google Sheets, and email communication. The ideal candidate will have exceptional typing speed (75+ WPM), and excellent communication skills.


This is a freelance position with future potential to become a full-time employee. Uncapped earnings and growth opportunities!


Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data in Google Sheets and Excel for sales tracking, reporting, and analysis.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining customer databases and sales records.
  • Communicate effectively via email with internal teams to coordinate sales activities and updates.
  • Prepare and format spreadsheets for sales reports, presentations, and project tracking.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing sales-related communications.
  • Assist with preparing sales proposals, quotations, and other documents as needed.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling data requests.
  • Support sales team with ad-hoc projects and research tasks.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry and administrative support, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Typing speed of 75+ WPM with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including knowledge of formulas, shortcuts, and pivot tables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Experience with email platforms and calendar management tools.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience supporting a sales team or department is a bonus.
