Job Title: Clinical Data Entry Specialist

Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Clinical Data Entry Specialist to support a high-priority patient migration project. This role involves manually transferring clinical data from the TouchWorks EHR system to the Xtract allergy management platform. Candidates should be organized, comfortable working with sensitive medical information, and capable of maintaining accuracy across large volumes of data. This position will offer training within various EMR/EHR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately input clinical data for approximately 1,800 patients from TouchWorks to Xtract
• Follow standardized procedures outlined in the data entry guide provided by the client
• Collaborate with internal resources and training leads to ensure consistent quality standards
• Support multiple project milestones with tight deadlines
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in clinical or healthcare-related data entry
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, preferably TouchWorks or similar platforms
• Proven track record of accuracy and consistency in data handling
• Ability to follow structured processes with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working full-time on a remote basis
