About the Opportunity

The Data Entry Specialist is a vital support role focused on the precision and integrity of legal documentation. Working in a full-time, remote capacity based in Wisconsin, you will be responsible for reviewing, confirming, and filing data essential to the service of process workflow. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in a high-volume environment and understands the importance of documentation reliability in the legal support sector.



Responsibilities

  • Document Processing: Review and file sensitive legal documents utilizing internal proprietary systems and professional email communication.
  • Data Integrity: Investigate and resolve data discrepancies as they arise to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge of industry standards and evolving company processes.
  • Project Support: Complete additional administrative projects as assigned to support broader operational goals.
  • Escalation: Identify complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate team leads to ensure timely resolution.


Requirements

  • Experience: No prior experience is necessary, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity; however, previous data entry experience is a plus.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Typing speed of 60 to 70+ words per minute.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Attributes:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy during repetitive tasks.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for investigating data discrepancies.


Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $15.00 per hour.
