- Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team on various projects
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise to ensure accuracy
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance industry knowledge and processes
- Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office is necessary
- Previous data entry experience is a plus
- Strong tech experience preferred
- Demonstrated desire and ability to be a team player
