- Investigate discrepancies as they arise to ensure accuracy
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of industry practices
- Complete additional projects as assigned by management
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute
- No prior experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus
- Strong technical skills preferred
- Desire and ability to work effectively as a team player
