- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and processes
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise and resolve issues accordingly
- Complete additional projects as assigned by management
- Ensure accuracy in data entry tasks and maintain documentation integrity
- High school diploma or GED required
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Typing speed of 60 - 70 words per minute or higher
- Previous experience in data entry is a plus, though not required
