- Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of the industry and processes
- Complete additional projects as assigned by management
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Data entry experience is a plus; tech experience strongly preferred
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and a typing speed of 50 to 60 wpm
- Previous experience in a data entry or tech-related role
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Additional certifications related to legal processes or technology
