- Investigate discrepancies as they arise to ensure accuracy in filings
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry processes
- Complete additional projects as assigned by management
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute
- Data entry experience is a plus
- Strong technical experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player
