- Investigate discrepancies as they arise to ensure accurate document handling
- Complete additional projects as assigned by the management
- Collaborate closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
- Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and tech experience is strongly preferred
- Previous data entry experience is a plus
- Demonstrated desire and ability to be a team player
