- Investigate discrepancies as they arise to ensure accuracy
- Complete additional projects as assigned by management
- Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute
- Data entry experience is a plus
- Strong technical experience preferred
- Desire and ability to be a team player
