For Your K9 is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Processor to join our team in a remote capacity. You will manage the critical flow of information that keeps our premier training facility running, from processing class registrations to managing competition scores. In this remote position, you will work closely with our onsite staff to ensure all canine and client data is precise, helping us maintain our reputation as a leader in dog sports and behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Record Processing: Precisely enter and update student and canine profiles within our remote management software, ensuring all training levels and prerequisites are logged.
Health Compliance: Review and upload digital vaccination records and liability waivers into our remote database to ensure every dog onsite is cleared for participation.
Event Data Management: Process score sheets and title applications from Barn Hunt, Scent Work, and Agility trials into our remote scoring systems.
Financial Entry: Input and reconcile workshop fees, seminar registrations, and retail invoices to maintain accurate financial records.
Quality Assurance: Conduct weekly audits of our digital filing system to identify and correct any inconsistencies in a remote workflow.
Team Liaison: Collaborate via remote communication tools (Slack/Email) with the Elmhurst, IL front-office team to verify registration details and client updates.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in data processing or high-volume administrative support.
Fast and accurate typing skills (75+ WPM) with proficiency in 10-key numeric entry.
Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality in a remote workspace.
Experience with cloud-based CRM systems and Microsoft Excel is required.
Prior interest in dog sports or animal behavior is a plus, as it helps in understanding the technical terminology.
