Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, operations, or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or regulated industries
- Preferred: Experience working with electronic data capture (EDC) systems or clinical databases
- Preferred: Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) or quality management processes
- Preferred: Experience working with large datasets
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems and databases
- Review source documents to ensure completeness and identify discrepancies
- Verify entered data for accuracy and resolve data inconsistencies when appropriate
- Maintain data integrity by following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Collaborate with Quality Control (QC) reviewers to resolve data issues
- Track assigned work and meet productivity and quality targets
- Assist with document organization, data validation, and record maintenance
- Escalate data quality concerns or process issues to supervisors when necessary
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Perform other operational support tasks as assigned
