Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to commit up to three weeks of full-time remote training.
- Minimum of 40 productive hours per week working from home.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet scheduled deadlines consistently.
- Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as required.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment assessments.
- Capability to meet and maintain departmental quality and quantity metrics.
- High-speed internet connectivity.
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
- Verify data from source documents in accordance with established procedures and rules.
- Review entered data for typographical errors, missing or duplicated information, and correct use of composition codes and style rules.
- Make necessary corrections, additions, or deletions to ensure data accuracy.
- Search entire application files and assemble necessary information, including Text, CWU, and Drawings, following prescribed sequences.
- Ensure that all assembled data conforms to established guidelines and standards.
- Complete timesheets accurately on a weekly basis.
- Follow standard procedures aligned with current ISO requirements to maintain quality standards.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned to support team objectives.
- Work within clearly defined procedures to perform routine tasks efficiently.
