Key Responsibilities Data Entry & Record Management
- Input, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
- Verify and correct data inconsistencies or errors.
- Organize and manage electronic files and documentation.
- Generate regular data reports and summaries as required.
- Assist with email correspondence, scheduling, and calendar management.
- Prepare and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support internal teams with data collection, entry, and reporting tasks.
- Perform online research and compile relevant information.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client data.
- Track and organize digital files, invoices, and office records.
- Assist in processing purchase orders, expense reports, and other paperwork.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in administrative, clerical, or data entry roles (remote experience a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in typing and data entry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Reliable computer, internet connection, and workspace for remote work.
