About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented PACS Data Entry / Service Desk Analyst to join our team in the United States. This role is essential in supporting our Spectra Data PACS environment, primarily focusing on high-volume data entry and operational support to ensure seamless radiology workflow processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within the PACS system, supporting radiology operations in a static environment where workflow assignments are not dynamic. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and escalating workflow issues, maintaining data integrity, and adhering to established procedures. The Service Desk component involves handling basic support tasks related to PACS, providing timely assistance to ensure operational efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are process-driven, reliable, and capable of applying critical thinking to resolve issues effectively while following documented knowledge base procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of data entry experience
  • Minimum of 1+ year experience in service desk operations or support environments
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working with PACS systems or in a radiology/healthcare IT environment (preferred but not required)
  • Prior experience in data entry or service desk roles
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume, accurate data entry within the PACS system to support radiology workflows
  • Act as a Service Desk Analyst, handling basic PACS-related support tasks and troubleshooting issues
  • Follow established Knowledge Base (KB) articles and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Support radiology workflow processes in a static/non-dynamic PACS assignment environment
  • Identify and escalate workflow issues that do not align with documented procedures or impact operations
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and timely processing to facilitate smooth radiology operations
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain operational efficiency and resolve support tickets promptly
  • Maintain documentation of support activities and data entry processes for audit and quality assurance purposes
