Role Responsibilities
• Input and update data in various systems accurately and efficiently
• Review and verify data for accuracy before entry
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all data entries
• Assist with data management and retrieval requests from team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency
• Identify and rectify discrepancies in data records
• Support the development and maintenance of data entry processes
• Participate in training related to data management tools and systems
Qualifications
Required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Basic understanding of spreadsheet and database software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in handling confidential information with integrity
Preferred
• Familiarity with data entry software is a plus
