About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk/Virtual Assistant to join our team. This full-time, remote position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to the efficient operation of our organization. Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience with customer service or virtual assistance is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain accurate data within company databases and systems
  • Organize and manage electronic and physical files to ensure easy retrieval
  • Respond promptly to emails and phone calls, providing professional communication
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management
  • Conduct research and gather relevant information as required
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal use
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned to support team operations
  • Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times
