We are currently hiring for the position of Temporary Data Entry Clerk. This is a remote, seasonal role designed to support our claims processing operations during periods of increased workload, such as hurricane seasons. The position offers flexible assignment durations, ranging from a few days to several months, with high performers having the opportunity to be considered for full-time placement. The role involves meticulous data entry, verification, and review of claim-related information, primarily focusing on mobile app transcriptions and claim documentation. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of claims data, contributing to the overall efficiency of our claims processing team.

Qualifications
- Secondary School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in data entry, transcription, retail, or customer service roles
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Personal computer or laptop running Windows 10 or 11 (no Mac or Chromebook)
- USB wired headset and functioning webcam
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong technical skills including online research and accurate data editing
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently without supervision
- Adaptability to new technologies and changing workflows
- Willingness to learn and pursue continuous improvement
- Accurately enter and verify claim-related data, ensuring completeness and correctness
- Review and edit transcriptions from mobile applications for accuracy
- Maintain ongoing communication with team members and Content Claims Specialists regarding claim progress and content pricing
- Adhere to workflow deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Document and upload relevant claim information into designated systems
- Implement quality assurance feedback promptly to improve data accuracy
- Prepare and submit detailed daily work and time logs for all claims processed
- Support additional tasks related to claims processing as assigned
- Maintain detailed notes and records for each claim to ensure transparency and traceability
- Perform any other duties necessary to support the claims team and organizational goals
- Competitive hourly pay of $11 per hour
