We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Medicaid Claims Data Entry team as Associates. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain insight into Medicaid provider support and the medical eligibility and claims process. The position involves entering claim data accurately into our systems, ensuring data integrity, and processing claims efficiently. The role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who are eager to contribute to vital healthcare support services while working remotely.
The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting claim information, reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy, and maintaining high productivity standards. You will communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve any discrepancies and ensure smooth claim processing. This role requires confidentiality, adherence to security policies, and the ability to perform clerical and administrative tasks as needed. The position offers flexible hours within standard work schedules, with the potential for career advancement within the organization.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM; preferred 40 WPM
- Strong attention to detail, grammar, and spelling accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with co-workers, clients, and providers
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Accurately input claim data into claims processing systems
- Review documents for completeness and correctness prior to data entry
- Identify and flag incomplete or incorrect information for follow-up
- Maintain high productivity while adhering to quality standards
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for claim submissions
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding issues or discrepancies
- Handle confidential information responsibly, ensuring compliance with data security policies
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks as assigned
