Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles, preferably within an engineering or technical environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in large datasets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data entry software; familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools is a plus.

- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive data, adhering to company policies and legal standards.
- Perform routine data audits and checks to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including preparing documents, reports, and communications.
