We’re supporting a partner company in finding a Data Entry Assistant to help ensure accurate data handling and well-organized records across internal systems.


This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, consistent, and comfortable working with structured information on a daily basis.


What you’ll be working on

• Entering and maintaining data across internal tools and databases

• Verifying information for accuracy and completeness

• Updating records and correcting inconsistencies when needed

• Organizing digital documents and files

• Supporting routine data checks and internal requests

• Following established procedures and data standards


What we’re looking for

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfort working with spreadsheets and online tools

• Basic computer and administrative skills

• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

• Clear written communication

• Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely
