Qualifications

- Minimum of one year of experience in data entry and/or transcription, either professionally or through internships/projects

- Monitor project milestones, send reminders, and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Perform quality assurance checks on spreadsheets and transcripts, maintaining at least 98-99% accuracy
- Identify recurring errors or client feedback and communicate insights to improve processes
- Generate weekly status reports summarizing completed work, upcoming deadlines, and potential issues
- Coordinate brief client check-ins post-milestone delivery to gather feedback
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials, including videos and slide decks, for onboarding and cross-training
