Job Overview

Rack Electric is looking for a dedicated and efficient Data Entry Admin to support our team with managing and processing data related to various business operations. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, possesses excellent attention to detail, and has a strong ability to manage data efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and maintaining accurate data to support our day-to-day functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases, ensuring all information is current and correct.
  • Review and verify data to ensure consistency and eliminate errors.
  • Organize and maintain files, both electronic and paper, for easy retrieval of information.
  • Perform routine audits of data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Generate reports as needed, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with team members to clarify data-related queries or issues.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data privacy by following company protocols.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining best practices for data entry and organization.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute) with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and other office software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with others.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (if working remotely).
