Data Coordination & Management:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, or internal systems
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Perform routine data audits and quality checks

Track, reconcile, and correct data discrepancies
Maintain data confidentiality and follow data security policies
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support to teams or managers
Prepare, format, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare agendas
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Handle correspondence (email, phone, internal requests)
Order supplies and assist with office coordination tasks
Coordination & Communication
Act as a point of contact for data or administrative inquiries
Coordinate information flow between departments or stakeholders
Follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables
Assist in onboarding documentation and process support
Reporting & Tracking
Prepare routine status, activity, or performance reports
Track metrics, logs, and records related to projects or operations
Support compliance, audits, or record-keeping requirements
Process & Systems Support
Assist with maintaining data standards, procedures, and templates
Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Support system updates, data migrations, or new tool rollouts
Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, or Google Workspace
