- Gather, document, and validate business and data requirements from stakeholders across various departments
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and developers to design and implement data solutions
- Create dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including data dictionaries, business rules, and process flows
- Support data quality initiatives by identifying and resolving data discrepancies or inconsistencies
- Translate complex technical data concepts into easy-to-understand insights for non-technical audiences
- Assist in testing and validating data pipelines, reports, and dashboards before deployment
