Data is central to our decisions, and we're looking for a sharp, structured, and strategic Data & Reporting Manager to make sure we’re always informed, aligned, and insight-driven.
🔍 Your MissionYou’ll take ownership of company-wide reporting, analytics, and data operations — ensuring we have the right data, at the right time, in the right format. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive dashboards, implement reporting best practices, and deliver clear insights that drive business strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- 🧩 Develop and maintain reporting systems and performance dashboards across departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, etc.)
- 📈 Analyze KPIs, trends, and patterns to support operational and strategic decisions
- 🗂 Build and optimize data pipelines for clean, reliable reporting
- ⚙️ Implement and manage BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- 🧠 Partner with leadership and stakeholders to translate business questions into data solutions
- 📝 Standardize reporting practices and promote data literacy across the organization
- 🔐 Ensure data governance, accuracy, and compliance (especially with GDPR and Swiss data regulations)
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or reporting — ideally in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Advanced skills in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and at least one data visualization tool
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and KPI frameworks
- Excellent communication skills — you make complex data digestible and actionable
- Proven track record of leading data/reporting projects end-to-end
- Fluency in English; German or French is a bonus
- Must be based in Switzerland or hold a valid Swiss work permit/residency
