Accountabilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end dashboard management for both internal teams and clients using tools like Looker Studio and Google Sheets
  • Extract, clean, and organize performance data from platforms such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and fundraising tools
  • Maintain and improve the agency's data infrastructure, documentation, and QA practices
  • Support cross-functional teams with campaign reporting, UTM tracking, and audience insights
  • Collaborate on data innovation projects, including automation and AI-enhanced reporting solutions
  • Contribute to the development of standardized analytics processes and support experimentation with tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or Zapier
  • Bring a learning mindset to stay agile in a fast-evolving tech and nonprofit landscape


Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or reporting (agency or nonprofit background is a plus)
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel, including advanced formulas and logic functions
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and data extraction from marketing platforms
  • Interest in or experience with AI tools and their use in workflow automation and analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail, QA, and communication — able to translate data into actionable insights
  • Bonus skills (or willingness to learn): data warehouses (BigQuery), Coefficient, Supermetrics, Google Tag Manager, SQL, or data scripting
