Accountabilities:
- Oversee end-to-end dashboard management for both internal teams and clients using tools like Looker Studio and Google Sheets
- Extract, clean, and organize performance data from platforms such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and fundraising tools
- Maintain and improve the agency's data infrastructure, documentation, and QA practices
- Support cross-functional teams with campaign reporting, UTM tracking, and audience insights
- Collaborate on data innovation projects, including automation and AI-enhanced reporting solutions
- Contribute to the development of standardized analytics processes and support experimentation with tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or Zapier
- Bring a learning mindset to stay agile in a fast-evolving tech and nonprofit landscape
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or reporting (agency or nonprofit background is a plus)
- Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel, including advanced formulas and logic functions
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and data extraction from marketing platforms
- Interest in or experience with AI tools and their use in workflow automation and analysis
- Excellent attention to detail, QA, and communication — able to translate data into actionable insights
- Bonus skills (or willingness to learn): data warehouses (BigQuery), Coefficient, Supermetrics, Google Tag Manager, SQL, or data scripting
