Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain scalable reports and dashboards that drive business visibility and data-informed decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to identify KPIs, gather requirements, and deliver insights
- Support data self-service efforts by encouraging adoption of internal data tools and assets
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to address urgent business questions and provide meaningful data interpretations
- Contribute to improving data quality, observability, and documentation through standardization and best practices
- Play a key role in shaping internal analytics processes and tooling standards for long-term scalability
- 2-5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related analytical roles
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Economics) or equivalent experience
- Advanced SQL skills with strong knowledge of window functions, CTEs, and query optimization
- Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into analytical outputs
- Experience maintaining data documentation (data dictionaries, dbt Docs, wikis)
- Strong analytical mindset with a curious, self-driven attitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Python or shell scripting
- Experience with version control tools like Git and CI/CD workflows
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Mode, or Tableau
- Background in data quality assurance and testing processes
