Accountabilities:
- Lead discovery sessions to capture business objectives, KPIs, and reporting needs
- Produce requirements artifacts including BRDs, data modeling diagrams, and acceptance criteria
- Profile, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for data pipelines, models, and BI solutions
- Plan and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing for dashboards, reports, and predictive models
- Support go-live activities, monitor production runs, and perform data reconciliations
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, data dictionaries, lineage diagrams, and knowledge base resources
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on data definitions, delivery schedules, and governance standards
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance analytics efficiency
- Vocational/technical training, associate's, or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in data analytics or data science depending on education level
- Strong SQL skills (preferably T-SQL) and familiarity with data visualization tools
- Knowledge of SDLC, data governance, and documentation platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of HIPAA and other relevant compliance requirements
- Competitive salary range: $81,873-$104,388 annually, based on experience and qualifications
