Location: Remote UK Based with Occasional need in Leeds.
Rate: £400/day Inside IR35

About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated Intermediate Data Analyst to join our growing data team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and solid technical skills who is looking to deepen their experience across large-scale data environments.
You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams to extract insights, improve reporting capabilities, and support data-driven decisions across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clean, optimised SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
- Use Python for data processing, automation, and analysis
- Build scalable data pipelines using PySpark
- Create impactful dashboards and reports using modern data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
- Support the continuous improvement of data quality, documentation, and best practices
About You:
- 2–4 years’ experience as a data analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark
- Comfortable working with large datasets in cloud or distributed environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, Databricks)
- Strong understanding of data visualisation principles and tools
- A natural problem-solver who enjoys digging into data and telling stories with it
