Responsibilities
- Retrieve, clean, and analyze data using Excel, SQL, and data management tools
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reporting systems
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to solve business problems using data
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership through clear reports and documentation
- Drive process improvements through data-backed decision-making
- Work independently on complex projects with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field
Required Skills
- Strong experience with data analysis using MS Excel and SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with large datasets and building scalable reporting solutions
Preferred Skills
- Experience in transportation, supply chain, or operations analytics
- Knowledge of data modeling and automation techniques
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
